This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information when you use amazinginteractive.net (the "Site"), contact us through it, or use our mobile application Topya (together with the Site, the "Services"). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.
This Policy is provided in multiple languages for convenience. If versions differ, the English version may be used to resolve meaning where permitted by law.

Topya app: When you use Topya, we may process identifiers and account data (e.g. device or app identifiers, nickname, profile elements), gameplay and social data (e.g. scores, leaderboards, friends, challenges), and technical logs needed to operate the service. Further detail may appear in the app, store listing, or in-product notices. Health or other special categories of data are not intentionally collected through our Services unless we expressly ask and have a valid legal basis.
